In response to recent disruptions caused by irregular creative behaviour, Bergen Kunsthall has initiated a temporary suspension of all formal order.

This action is not disciplinary in nature. Rather, it is intended to allow staff, students, and institutional partners to adjust their expectations of linear time, causality, and professional responsibility. It is understood that several of these expectations have been compromised since the onset of the graduation exhibition and may now be beyond repair.

Effective immediately, hierarchies will be treated as suggestions. Roles may be swapped without notice. Departmental memos are to be written in the future tense. Any individual found attempting to restore order will be gently but firmly reminded that the suspension is in effect, and that their conduct may be perceived as stabilising.

Security protocols remain unchanged, though their application is now symbolic. Staff are encouraged to continue their work with the same level of commitment they would apply if the institution still believed in its own authority.

Order will be reinstated when conditions permit. No further clarification will be issued.
